Round table “Features of training in computer games industry in Ukraine”, 23 May 2016.

May 23, 2016 a round table “Features of training in computer games industry in Ukraine” was held in Kherson National Technical University according to the Erasmus+ project «GameHub: University-enterprises cooperation in game industry in Ukraine». The heads and leading specialists of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the computer games’ development sector were invited to participate in this event. The aim was to build mutually beneficial cooperation between the Faculty of Cybernetics and Systems Engineering of the Kherson National Technical University and business representatives concerning training for work in the IT industry game. The survey results will be used by the University workgroup in the GameHub Project.

A coordination meeting of partners of the Erasmus+ project «GameHub: University-enterprises cooperation in game industry in Ukraine» Number 561728-EPP-1-2015-1-ES -EPPKA2-CBHE-JP was held in AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland from 16 to 19 May 2016. The Ukrainian partners of GameHub project consortium are: National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Odessa National Polytechnic University, Precarpatian National University and Donetsk National Technical University. A delegation of twenty people, amongst them rectors, vice-rectors and professors from six Ukrainian Universities – partners of the “University-Enterprises Cooperation in Game Industry in Ukraine: GameHub” project – visited the University of Deusto from 11th to 14th April 2016. Presenting the GameHub Project at the conference e-Technologie w Kształceniu Inżynierów [e-Technologies in Engineering Education], 11 April 2016

The conference e-Technologie w Kształceniu Inżynierów [e-Technologies in Engineering Education] was organized for the third time. The objective is to integrate researchers and academic teachers who utilize e-technologies in teaching process. At the conference they can share their experience and good practices with each other and get inspiration for further work. http://etee.edu.pl/o-etee/ Organizing Institute: AGH University of Science and Technology; In co-operation with Gdańsk University of Technology; Fundacja Studentów i Absolwentów Akademii Górniczo – Hutniczej w Krakowie ACADEMICA; UNESCO Chair for Science, Technology and Engineering Education at the AGH-UST. Kick-off meeting, 23-24 November 2015 at Bilbao, Spain

With kick-off meeting the project “GameHub: University-enterprises cooperation in game industry in Ukraine” (561728) in action Capacity Building in Higher Education is started. The meeting took place at 23-24 November 2015 at Bilbao, Spain.  The work of 8 Universities and 5 SMEs from Europe and Ukraine was supported by DeustoTech Learning Team the coordinator of the project and host institution of this venue.
